| dc.description.abstract | This report is about my internship experience at Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC, describes more on general banking activities and the use of Management Information System in the daily activities of the bank. During my time as an intern, I really delved into the core principles of banking such as account service, customer support, and associated transaction protocols. These are the principal operations that DBBL focus on to ensure the customers with smooth access, smooth transactions and quick support. Most of my learning was to see that MIS keep DBBL process ongoing and organized. MIS not only helps the bank for customer information management but also assists in inter-departmental operational process. Through their digital banking services, such as online banking, mobile notification, and the secure handling of data, I was able to experience how a customer-centric ecosystem can be created by DBBL. My supervisors, fellow colleagues helped me to observe both the practical and strategic side of banking. The clarity that they provided, gave me perspective, how a company like DBBL does it to achieve customer satisfaction, innovation and growth. Joining an advanced period such as this would provide me a good head-start within basic foundation of banking practices, as well as glimpses of a changing financial institution like the DBBL. | en_US |
