Report on Masco Group: 5 department

Abstract

This report has been prepared based on my three (03) months of internship experience at Masco Cottons Ltd., where I gained practical exposure across several departments. Working only within a single department would not have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s overall operations; however, this internship allowed me to develop practical insights into multiple functional areas. Masco Cottons Ltd. is one of the largest knit composite vertical establishments in Bangladesh, equipped with advanced machinery and modern technology. The company is supported by a skilled production and quality assurance team, along with a proactive business team committed to delivering high-quality products to its clients. This report is based on my direct observations and hands-on experience gathered from five key departments of the company: Merchandising & Marketing, Production, Sourcing and Material Sustainability, Human Resources (HR), and the Sample Department.
