This report is the summary of three long month’s internship tenure started from August 2025 to November 2025 covering 69 consecutive days. I had the privilege to work with five different departments from front end to support team in this period. All the areas covered during this internship is about KPI reporting to take decisions in collaboration with functional areas or departments. The invaluable insights I received during this time about apparel industry will assist me in developing my career in this sector and for that I am grateful to my colleagues for their support, guidance, and assistance. Ciel textile is one of the largest conglomerates in apparel sector all over the world, where Floral International BD Ltd. is a subsidiary doing CM business in Bangladesh. Premium sweaters with high price are the main product of the company handling most of the European buyers. In this compliance factory, more than thousand workers earn their livelihood. All the investment came through FDI, which support to strength the economy of the country. Furthermore, US tariffs open the door to expand the operation/business with more units in this country. The decision that would be taken depends on some KPI’s, if the KPI’s give positive feedback then management would be convinced to invest here for establishing new operation. In that context, the reports title would help in analyzing different KPI’s of front-end team like, merchandising, sourcing, planning and support team like product development, Finance & Accounts’ department’s KPI will help to go to conclusion and have a good decision. Finance is the heart of any business and compared as blood circulation, and financial result is the ultimate KPI for any organization. That is why KPI reporting would be the greater tool for making business and non-business decisions.en_US
