Customer satisfaction with a business's services is shown by how well they meet those standards. The opposite is business process outsourcing (BPO), which is when a company gives all of its internal tasks to another company. Business process outsourcing starts when a company thinks it can make money by hiring an outside company to handle a business job, such as supply chain management, marketing, or accounting. The purpose of this study is to look into the quality of BPO services and how Quantanite Bangladesh Limited handles and keeps them up to date for its contracted services so that customers are satisfied. When writing this report, I carefully thought about the information I got from my job at Quantanite Bangladesh Limited and from a number of magazines, journals, and other publications that talk about service quality. The report is organized into an opening, a goal statement, an outline of the outsourcing business, a summary of the company, current government rules about the industry, and a talk of the pros and cons of the sector. Working experience was used to maintain financial detail at Quantanite Bangladesh Limited. Finally, ideas for improving the field are made based on information gathered from working with Quantanite Bangladesh Limited.en_US
