| dc.description.abstract | During my internship at the Phoenixtex Industrial Ltd., I was assigned to work on several type of tasks within five different departments of the Marketing team, including Marketing, Production Merchandising, QC (Quality Control), HR (Human Resource) and Commercial. My day-to-day challenges were the focus of my internship from December 08, 2025 to February 28,2026. My report is divided into the following major sections. i) Industry Overview, ii) Description of Task Accomplishment in Marketing, Production Merchandising, QC (Quality Control), HR (Human Resource) and Commercial departments iii) Critical Assessment of internship work. iv) Conclusion. Through my report I wanted to highlight the activities that occurred in each department, their significance within the company, the connections between various departments, and the areas that could use improvement in my report. I also emphasized how the internship helped me grow personally and learn new things. | |
