Abstract

This research summaries the internship program experience at The City Bank Ltd as a course of BBA program. It describes all the learnings, outcomes and experience of the internship program while working in the organization. There is an overview of general banking activities, the process of Human Resources department and also some brief about the other departments. The main objective is of the report to find out the satisfaction level of the employee and attitudes towards the organization. In the first phase, there is a description of the day to day operation of different departments, their activities, how the organization is controlling and operating throughout the country. It is also mentioned that how the bank is working on continuous improvement both internally and externally. In findings, there is the analysis level of employee satisfaction through an online survey and related feedback with every situation. This report summarizes how the organization is working to improve service and focusing on employee satisfaction and necessary recommendation.
