| dc.description.abstract | This report contains all the information and abilities that were gained throughout the internship. This article aims to show how the plan processors at Data-Path Ltd. vary from their Bangladeshi counterparts in terms of strategy and processes as they pertain to the retirement business in the United States. It also shows how TPA does business internationally. The report is divided into three sections. A summary of the internship is given in the first section, including everything from the job description to the challenges encountered. The second section provides an overview of Data Path Ltd. It also provides an overview of the company's management practices and industry. The report's aim and objective are covered in the third section. It gives details about the governing bodies of the American Retirement Plan. Furthermore, it illustrates how these TPA firms operate and how a retirement plan is processed and how it is different from Bangladesh retirement plans. I included the results and suggestions pertaining to the issues I mentioned in the same section, which also served as the report's conclusion. This paper provides an overview of the difference of 401(k) market in US and Bangladesh pension plans. | en_US |
