| dc.description.abstract | Youth represent a dynamic and lively part of the population, manufacture about one-third of the demographic in many countries, including Bangladesh. They possess significant potential to drive social change, yet a considerable number face unemployment, highlighting the necessity for focused interventions. Skill development programs have been recognized as a strategic approach, but there is a growing concern over declining participation due to uninviting environments at training center. This study examines how the “Revitalizing Rajabarihat Youth Training Center” can boost community engagement by establishing networks that connect actively involved youth, voluntary organizations, institutions, and businesses. The findings indicate that catering to young people's interests by providing recreational opportunities, participatory activities, and entertainment can enhance the appeal of these center. Youth training center promote growth by enhancing community infrastructure, establishing public areas that highlight local talents, and forming networks that link community-focused individuals with others who share similar interests. This dual approach creates a supportive learning environment, preparing youth to contribute meaningfully to national and social development. | en_US |
