My internship at Fashiontex International Limited enabled me to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the manual payroll management system and HR role in payroll efficiency, with precise compliance and employee satisfaction. The survey was conducted with 20 employees, each answering questions based on the Likert scale-measurement rating the payroll process through different aspects. The result favored a great share of positive opinion for compliance, nevertheless highlighted doubts about the correctness of payroll processing and need for technological innovations. Data analysis also revealed that while employees were grateful for timely payroll handling, they wished for greater automation-taking out the manual connections. A substantive outline will forward the workability of payroll management to be improved by enhancing employee satisfaction and retention in the company. My internship experience has given me more realization about the way HR traditionally worked for the garment industry, experimenting with how effective operations of a payroll system could be an enabler for organizational survival and success.en_US
