Abstract

Resorts are recognised as an essential part of the travel and tourism sector. The government of Bangladesh aims to develop Gahira, Anwara, also known as Parki Beach in Chittagong, as a tourist destination because of the various tropical conditions and the necessity for accommodation for visitors. Situated at the convergence of the Bay of Bengal and the Karnaphuli River, "Vista Bay: A Serene Retreat at Parki Beach, Chittagong" is an ecologically sensitive resort that blends in with its natural surroundings and provides a unique blend of biodiversity and coastal beauty. In the coastal, flood-prone area, the resort's elevated structures on pilot foundations ensure flood resilience. Each residence has native trees planted around it, which improves biodiversity and gives visitors a peaceful, natural experience. By using eco-friendly landscaping, water conservation, and renewable energy, the project places a strong emphasis on sustainability. By promoting economic possibilities and promoting cultural heritage, it also helps local communities. By providing an oasis of peace while protecting the environment, Vista Bay raises the bar for ecotourism via thoughtful design and community engagement. All the Data and information's are collected through on-site visits, interviews with locals, travelers and visitors and through online publications and article research.
