dc.description.abstractBRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO is a most cardinal multinational business firm in the world of tobacco industry. Over the few decades it has selflessly brought new innovative and worldliness products to indulge customers. I have chosen to provide relevant information on the sales training and development system of BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO. Sales training and development programs are designed to help sales professionals to achieve sales success for the organization. Some BATB training programs in fact help surprisingly to develop skills, to approach cold leads, create new sales opportunities, close deals and build reports with clients and customers. In the first part of my report I have provided an overview, background, objective, scope, limitations of BATB and the job descriptions, learning from job exposure, benefits of learning and the problems that can be faced during internship period. I wrote about the history and the product they are offering to the customers. In the second position of my report I have included the overview. Where I included marketing practice, financial performance and accounting practice, operations management and information system of BAT, tobacco industry, competitive analysis and recommendation of this analysis. In the last portion of my report I have included the project part. Which is the sales training and development process of BAT Bangladesh. I even shared the methodology which I have used to gather data and give brief details about the sales training and development method and I find the mean, medium, mode, standard deviation and correlation of the relevant data. To conclude, I have discussed the findings and recommendation of the following information for the lack of insensitivity.en_US
