Abstract

The Islamic Bank of Bangladesh Limited has become one of the largest and most successful private banks in Bangladesh. The full report has been broken down into three chapters so that it can be analyzed more effectively. The first chapter of the report gives an overview of the internship, job opportunities, intern contributions to the organization, and intern benefits. This section finishes with recommendations for IBBL's future internship program. The second chapter of the report discusses the company's overview and the management's participative leadership techniques, HRM, and training and development. In addition, marketing practices for product promotion and branding activities were highlighted. Furthermore, this section emphasized financial performance through ratio analysis, accrual accounting methods, operational management, SWOT analysis, and Porter's five forces. At the end of this chapter, proposals regarding IBBL are presented. In the last chapter, it describes the different investment strategies used by Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, including mode-specific investments in many sectors, a comparison of their success over the last five years, and a survey on client perspective on investment.
