Abstract

Herbal medicine it is used to promote health, prevent illness, and treat illness, including viral infections like HIV, HSV, and many others. A less expensive kind of medicine, herbal medicine is distinct from modern medicine in content, practice, as well as philosophy. Nitrogenous chemical substances found in plants called alkaloids can affect human physiology, with three types: true alkaloids, proto alkaloids, and pseudo alkaloids. There are several naturally occurring alkaloids with antiviral properties against a wide range of diseases. Worldwide, herbal medications are being created, but it is challenging to obtain standardization, stability, and quality control.
