dc.description.abstractMore than a century after it was founded, BATB Corporation of the United Kingdom is Bangladesh's top tobacco company. Overall, the BAT distribution network considers BATB's to be one of the best. Cigarette manufacturing facilities of the highest quality, a strong corporate culture, and a robust distribution network are all part of this company's successful formula As an introduction, this study provides an outline of Bangladesh's tobacco industry, which is followed by a discussion of my research goals and limitations. This led me to investigate the history and products offered by BATB to better understand the demands of my clients. Shortly thereafter, I was introduced to the tasks of my Human resource department and its organizational structure. My preceding three months' worth of work have all been documented in detail. Finally, I did some research and did a study on my subject to see whether BATB is using the most efficient method of doing job analyses and to suggest any changes of working from home.en_US
