Abstract

This internship report analyses the situation of Diversity and inclusion at Provita Group, also the leading poultry company in Bangladesh. Nonetheless, within the contemporary need of diverse and inclusive work practises that suit the current business principles and internationally recognised standards, this initiative depicts the need to have more standardised i initiatives, pertinent to Diversity and inclusion, in Provita Group. This paper provides the organisational profile along with the explanation of the internship experience with the aim of outlining in details the challenges and opportunities of the promotion of diversity and the establishment of an inclusive working environment there. This study goes further to the origin and considers many loopholes in the current practises through primary and secondary data and gives several strategic suggestions as inclusive hiring, training in the cultural sensitivity area, supportive HR policies, and the like. Diversity and inclusion within Provita Group can be advanced with the help of engagement of employees, innovation and organisation in general which will be aligned with the national Priority and also international HR standards.
