| dc.description.abstract | The General Banking Department plays a very important role in promoting financial literacy among customers at Dhaka Bank PLC. Through this report I tried to explore how the bank educates customers about financial instruments, banking services, digital transactions etc. The General Banking department educates customers through on person discussions, workshops and seminars which promotes customers trust on banking products, boosts confidence on digital banking and increases customer retention. But the department also has to face challenges while navigating through customer education. Challenges like time constraints and customers' resistance to digital banking can hinder the progress of customer education. Through structured financial education programs and applying a strategic approach, Dhaka Bank can improve customer financial literacy which will benefit both the customers and Dhaka Bank PLC in the long run. | en_US |
