In this study, the crucial role that Human Resources (HR) plays at SSLCOMMERZ in allowing payment solutions for the Dhaka Metro Rail Project is investigated. This study also explores the feedback on the customers of using the metro rail usage. Data was collected from 100 respondent representing various occupations and industries from private professional sectors in IT finance and others. As Bangladesh begins to implement significant infrastructure development, the use of effective payment mechanisms is essential to the success of the project. The Human Resources department plays a crucial role in the process of recruiting and training skilled professionals who are capable of developing and implementing payment solutions that are tailored to meet the specific requirements of large-scale projects. The focus of this article is on human resource management strategies that, in addition to maintaining compliance and fostering collaboration among many stakeholders, synchronize talent management with project requirements. Additionally, it addresses the challenges that are experienced in the process of integrating payment systems within an infrastructure environment that is undergoing rapid change and makes recommendations for improvements to HR practices that will increase the efficiency with which these projects are supported. By increasing its human resources capabilities, SSLCOMMERZ has the potential to significantly contribute to the successful implementation of the Metro Rail Project, which will ultimately lead to the advancement of the transportation industry across the nation.en_US
