This review has been designed to have a very clear concept on rheumatic diseases, its mechanism, symptoms, reasons and clinically trialed medications for rheumatoid arthritis and other approaches. Rheumatoid arthritis has been and continues to be one of the most common reasons for inability in walking ,working and low quality of life each year. As time goes on, various anti-rheumatic drug formulations and different therapeutic approaches are being released on the market, raising the concern of medical professionals due to their superiority, toxicology, and cost-effectiveness compared to the traditional formulation of the same drugs. Moreover, biologics are now effective rheumatic drug that comes in different forms but it is more expensive and gives toxic effects to patients. Biologics has been shown to have a more favorable toxicological profile than conventional. The cost and side effects has not been thoroughly investigated due to the small number of research that have been conducted. Apart from that this systematic review highlights the use of therapies that has been somewhat restricted due to the adverse effects it can produce whereas normal anti-anti-rheumatic drugs has favorable safety profile. In the overall treatments of rheumatoid arthritis, there has no chance of fully heal but can have relaxation which is less harmful to the heart, better tolerated, and just as effective, expands the therapeutic alternatives available. The long-term usage of these medicines can affect other body organs. Using these approaches to have a better health could be a new addition of technology in recent eras, which may ensure the rational safety.en_US
