The study conducted a thorough evaluation of the current operating structure, highlighting both notable issues and potential areas for growth. Using a variety of techniques, we collected information and evaluated operational indicators. It included conducting key stakeholder interviews, organizing focus groups, and conducting thorough data analysis. The study identified waste and suggested customized solutions to improve general efficiency and streamline procedures. The potential effects of these initiatives on client satisfaction, organizational performance, and financial results were assessed. Though resources and data availability were constraints, the results provided valuable information and tactical suggestions to strengthen Standard Chartered Bank's competitive position. The bank was inaugurated by Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on September 11, 2019, and has improved its service quality by offering innovative financial services to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Regardless of its current success, Community Bank is committed to constantly improving its banking system and service quality. This paper investigates their impact on the performance of banks and investment organizations. The study, which ran from 2020 to 2022, used a descriptive research approach and used secondary data to focus on Community Bank Bangladesh (PLC). My report is on the subject of "Strategic Financial Mapping: Analyzing the Performance of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC in comparison with Eastern Bank PLC and BRAC Bank PLC - An Annual Report Research". First, I researched the history of Community Bank Limited. Then I try to offer a brief overview of Community Bank Bangladesh Limited's consumer banking, corporate banking, and SME divisions. I tried to describe what I did in my project section, Performance Analysis of Community Bank Bangladesh Limited. The company has achieved consistent revenue growth, with an average annual increase of 10% over the past five years. This growth has been driven by increased music sales, live performances, and strategic partnerships. M Records has also played a vital role in job creation within the music industry. The company employs a diverse range of professionals and supports numerous indirect employment opportunities through collaborations with artists, studios, and event management companies. Furthermore, M Records has contributed to government revenue through tax payments, with an average annual contribution of BDT 20,000,000. The company has also paid substantial royalties to artists and composers, fostering a supportive environment for local talent. The study highlights M Records' commitment to talent development and artist support. The company has invested in artist development programs, providing resources, mentorship, and promotional opportunities. This investment has resulted in the discovery and nurturing of new talent, adding to the diversity and vibrancy of the music industry in Bangladesh. While M Records has achieved notable success, it faces challenges from market competition and evolving industry dynamics. To maintain its position, the company should continue to innovate, adapt to changing consumer preferences, and strengthen its marketing and branding efforts. Collaboration with industry associations and government bodies is also recommended to advocate for favorable policies and support.
