dc.description.abstract | This report is prepared on the basis of my three-month practical experience at Edison Group. This internship program helped me to learn about the practical scenario of Edison Group. Edison Group is a dynamic and leadingmanufacturer and also producer of various products. This report has been presented based on my observation and experience gathered from the company. The organization has many divisions and departments, but the focus is given more on the SHRD. I only got the opportunity to work in this division. The report is based on Recruitment & Selection process of Edison Group. The purposeof this report is to understand how the recruitment & selection process arebeingdetermined. After knowing the scenario of Edison Group in terms of their Recruitment &Selection Process a lot of recommendation came up.
