First Security Islami Bank Limited (FSIBL) was incorporated in Bangladesh on 29 August 1999 as a banking company under Companies Act 1994 to carry on banking business. It obtained permission from Bangladesh Bank on 22 September 1999 to commence its business. The Bank carries banking activities through its one hundred twenty two (122) Branches and thirty five (35) ATM Booths in the country. The numbers of branches are increasing day by day. The commercial banking activities of the bank encompass a wide range of services including accepting deposits, making loans, discounting bills, conducting money transfer, mobile banking, foreign exchange transactions, and performing other related services such as locker service, safe keeping, collections and issuing guarantees, acceptances and letter of credit. At the beginning of the report, I explain about the history of first security Bank their management team, their service, their objective and vision. I try my best to explain it in a proper way. In second part of my report, I explain my job responsibilities and duties go on, how I manage and follow up our corporate clients. In final part of my report, I try to analyze client and employer satisfaction level through general Banking of experience project. I use survey to analyze this report as accurate as possible. I use pie chart, bar chart and histogram for proper understanding my report
