Although globally it is twice in size of its near-est FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) competitors, in Bangladesh its journey is compara-tively new. Nestlé Bangladesh Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nestlé S.A., started its commercial production in 1994 .Today Nestlé Bangladesh Limited is strongly positioned to grow through its policy of constant innovation and renovation, concentrating on its core competencies and commitment to high quality, with the aim of providing the best quality food to the people of Bangladesh.
The report is based on a working project and the aim of the report is to figure out how to de-velop a sustainable self-sustaining business model to promote Nescafé and the perception of people about street selling of Nescafé .This report is designed in six major chapters.
