dc.description.abstract | This paper was based on a curriculum for an internship that lasted for a total of three months
and was part of the academic requirements for obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration
(BBA) degree from BRAC University of Bangladesh. The primary objective of this report is
to provide an analysis of the resolution of complaints and any other relevant aspects based on
the observations I made during my internship. Shwapno, which is owned and operated by ACI
Logistics Limited (Shwapno) (Shwapno), is the most extensive retail chain in the country.
In addition to this, the report includes a comprehensive explanation of the complaints resolution
method that ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno) (Shwapno) use. The report is divided into three
different chapters. The very first chapter gives a comprehensive description of the internship,
including its responsibilities, benefits, and outcome, as well as the difficulties and challenges
that was faced and including all the necessary information. The second chapter is all about an
overview of ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno), which includes information about Shwapno's
services, as well as its overview, mission, and vision. This also includes all of the marketing
practices, the processes involved in human resources, and the recruitment and selection
processes. Following this step, all of the business competitive analyses, such as SWOT and
PESTEL, are done. The investigation of how ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno) handles
customer complaints and all of the steps involved in doing so is the subject of the third chapter
of this study. This chapter also discusses the reports' objectives, methodologies, and any
limitations that were encountered. In conclusion, recommendations and suggestions are
provided not just to the HR department but also to the entire organization as a whole. | en_US |
