The recruitment process is one of the most essential elements of HR department. A structured recruitment process increases the probability of hiring quality candidates who will be helping to achieve the goals of an organization and carry the organization towards development. It also can reduce the employee turnover rate. Banglalink also do own an organized recruitment process which they practice every year and the employees get the chance to engage themselves in these activities. I have done some research for this report regarding recruitment process in Banglalink to portray the major activities related to the selection procedure and other HR activities of Banglalink. The report will provide a detail overview of the recruitment procedure, organogram of Banglalink, policy regarding recruitment procedure, role of the internal departments, organizational functions and a comparative observation of the selection process. Finally, perfect planning in every step is necessary to get a positive outcome from a recruitment process. Preparation along with proper scheduling is two important part of recruitment. End of the day, employees are the one who create value for the organization and good employees are always considered to be an asset.
