    Abstract
    Furniture industry is a potential industry of Bangladesh. Furniture industry of Bangladesh has evolved from cottage industry and turned into huge industry with great potential. The growth of the industry is rather impressive. Among this industry Nadia Furniture Ltd. has proved itself as one of the major names. It has been in the business since 1991. Due to the development of socio-economy consumers are demanding more quality, durability and convenience. Nadia Furniture Limited utilized those entire elements and delivered them to the customers. This is the very reason for their rapid success. Being one of the fastest growing sectors of Bangladesh, the furniture industry could well be the next economy booster. This report primarily puts light on this vast industry by analyzing the contributing factors that affects the industry directly and indirectly. This factor would be analyzed with PASTEL analysis and Porter's five forces model. Using this assumption it should be tested whether these factors affect the growth rate of Nadia furniture limited.
