The young people of today are the future leaders of tomorrow, therefore to hone their skills and prepare them for the struggles of tomorrow, physically and intellectually, is of utmost importance. Currently our youth constitutes 19.36% of the total population in Bangladesh. For these young minds to release their full potential, ample amount of mental and physical training is beneficial. Space constraint is a crucial issue in our society today, and without the proper access to open spaces, children have a higher chances of being physically unfit, eventually leading to an unhealthy lifestyle. Therefore this paper will look into the details for establishing an academy where the young people can perform their best, train themselves to be worthy citizens and able leaders. The purpose of this paper is also to emphasize the need for extracurricular activities, the need for physical fitness and to lay emphasis on the importance of unity and discipline through which they can attain fundamental knowledge and refine their abilities.en_US
