The hybrid energy based systems is considered to meet the electricity demand of the 10% people of each region. The possible produced electricity has been calculated based on the average wind speed data and sun incident energy of the mentioned regions. The analysis shows that Hatiya requires the highest number of PV modules and the maximum land areas whereas Moheshkhali requires the highest number of wind turbines for three different case scenarios. Sandip shows the lowest number of PV modules, turbines and least amount of land in each case as the population is lower in there.466-471en-USfalseCoastal areaEnergyGeo-mappingPhotovoltaicRenewableWindCoastal zone management.Renewable energy sources.Hybrid renewable energy potential of coastal areas: A Comparative study for BangladeshConference Proceeding10.1109/WIECON-ECE64149.2024.10914957
