To elevate the artist, the government decided to found the "S M Sultan Academy for Art and Culture". This would be a national institution for the development and prosperity of Bangladeshi art and culture. The artist's residence in Narail, located on the banks of the Chitra River, has been chosen as the Site. Through this endeavor, individuals could become more familiar with Sultan's philosophy, which will encourage them to think more compassionately. The institution for art and culture would realize Sultan's vision for Shishu Shwarga.
