As a member of the global Teach For All network, Teach For Bangladesh was founded to find and train exceptional recent graduates and young professionals to spend two years teaching in underprivileged schools. Participants, referred to as Fellows, have personal knowledge of the difficulties confronting the nation's educational system and strive to enhance student outcomes through this immersion fellowship. Teach For Bangladesh Fellows dedicate themselves to teaching students not only academic subjects but also leadership, critical thinking, and life skills. Teach For Bangladesh seeks to bring about enduring change in the educational system of Bangladesh and aid in the development of the country by tackling the underlying causes of educational inequality and developing a new generation of leaders. To make the mission and vision into reality, the partnership development team works to collect the fundings and mobilize. The network of supporters and collaborators that Teach For Bangladesh has is strengthened and expanded thanks in large part to the efforts of the Partnership Development Team. Engaging with the partners, government educational institutions, government authorities, non-profit organizations, and individual donors, this team is in charge of garnering financial support, in-kind contributions, and strategic alliances. Fundraising, establishing corporate and institutional relationships, fostering donor interactions, planning events and campaigns, creating strategic alliances, and grant management are some of their main initiatives. By means of these endeavors, the Partnership Development Team guarantees the longevity and expansion of Teach For Bangladesh, thus permitting the organization to persist in its purpose of mitigating educational disparities in Bangladesh.52 pagesenBrac University internship reports are protected by copyright.
