These initiatives have resulted in increased customer satisfaction, improved operational efficiency, and reduced costs. However, the report highlights the challenges faced by MBL, including the need for more significant investments in IT infrastructure and addressing privacy concerns. The report concludes that MBL has made progress in its digital transformation journey, but there is still significant room for improvement. To remain competitive, MBL must continue to invest in technology and enhance its digital capabilities.
