I found some problems (Section 3.0) and based on the problems I have given some recommendation at the end (Section 5.0). Robi’s website has problems in their Meta Title and Meta Description. They also have problems with their navigation system, contact, Logo and Homepage linking, late update, too many contents and so on. Then, we have compared the website with the website of Grameen phone who are the market leader at the moment and with Citycell who started their journey first in the country. To give a better recommendation, we have taken survey from 20 respondents and suggested a better Meta for robi.com.bd in the recommendation part.
