Assigned to the Client Servicing team, I worked on major accounts like Singer Bangladesh and Hatil, contributing to campaign rollouts, content ideation, and daily client coordination. The internship provided practical exposure to cross-functional teamwork and campaign management but also revealed key issues—unrecognized efforts, excessive pressure, limited transparency, and lack of work-life balance. These insights were gathered through direct observation, informal interviews, and task-based reflection. To address these gaps, the report introduces a structured framework aimed at increasing workflow visibility, improving communication flow, and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities. Implementing these solutions could enhance efficiency, team morale, and long-term client relationships, positioning Dotbirth for more sustainable growth in a high-pressure agency environment.44 pagesenBRAC University internship reports are protected by copyright.
