In addition, any possible patterns in solubility, Log P and pKa was investigated. Acid base titration, non-aqueous titration and HPLC were found to be the most common assay types. Also found some other analytical methods like complexometric titration, redox titration, UV-Vis spectroscopy, microbiological assay have been recommended. Some pattern in case of solubility was found only; log P and pKa do not follow any specific orientation based on assay type.46 pagesenBrac University theses are protected by copyright.
