Creating a correlation among these sequence data to infer disease-related information seems to be a tough ask even now, due to the lack of inter-disease association studies. In this paper we have proposed a gene-tree based approach to infer disease-genes across three different cancer types with a view to analyzing the genes and infer their relationships across different pathways and gene ontologies. We have found a total of three significant gene clusters based on hierarchical clustering and found the genes significantly associated with different molecular pathways, which have previously been associated with poor cancer prognosis.5 Pagesen-USCancer typesDisease-genesGene ontologyGene-treeHierarchical clusteringPathwayCancer--Genetic aspects.Cancer--Molecular aspects.A novel gene-tree based approach to infer relations among disease-genes across different cancer typesConference Proceeding10.1109/ECACE.2019.8678921
