Within these 3 months, I used my classroom knowledge to real factory applications, in SAP-based purchase order creation, sewing production efficiency improvement, Production planning for one million monthly pieces and AQL-based Final inspection. My contribution to sewing Line 12 helped improve sewing efficiency from 42% to 58% by working 5 days. This report documents explained the tasks completed, well assessment of PGD-KIM coursework and provide knowledge for industry growth.
