A growing body of evidence suggests persistent neurogenetic impacts following viral exposure, prompting the need for a comprehensive review. This review provides a meticulous analysis of existing studies of Retromer, Vacuolar ATPases, Commander, Arp2/3 Complex, Trem2, Ifitm3, Gfap, Map2, Synapsin II (Syn2) and their enduring neurogenetic consequences of SARS-CoV-2 infection, with a specific focus on long-term conditions. Additionally, this review delves into the protracted consequences of COVID-19 on neurogenetic performance, mental health, and potential connections to neurodegenerative disorders. This comprehensive assessment underscores the urgent need for continued investigation into the neurogenetic impact of SARSCoV- 2.
