Dekko employs ~17,000 employees, produces >3.3 million pieces monthly, exports >USD 150 million in RMG annually, and has increased turnover from USD 131M (2021) to ~USD 273M (2025 projection). I worked in various departments: HR & Compliance, Fabric Sourcing, Marketing & Merchandising, Industrial Engineering, and Commercial & Logistics. I also observed the concepts learned during my PGD-KIM academic program and their application in each department. These include ethical sustainability compliance, sustainable sourcing, buyer relationship management via TNA calendar systems, lean production, and export documentation. Merchandising acts as a center of coordination for all departments. Some suggestions were made: more emphasis on mid-level responsibilities, faster approval systems, and employee engagement mechanisms. Dekko ISHO Group is poised for long-term growth through sustainability and excellence in production processes.38 pagesen-USAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 InternationalBRAC University internship reports are protected by copyright.
