In this paper Shapley value algorithm has been applied for dynamic network where both authorized and unauthorized users can utilize the radio frequency at the same time with maximum throughput without interfering the authorized users. The allocation process is allowed only when a spectrum has been requested and idle spectrum is present in the network. Fair policy in the spectrum for the unauthorized users has been ensured with a universal price function. Here, results of the proposed method has been compared with other game theory.71-74en-USfalseCognitive radioPrimary userSecondary userShapley valueSpectrum allocationComputer communication systems.Cognitive radio networks.Effective way of maximizing throughput and channel utilization in cognitive radio based on game theoryConference Proceeding10.1109/R10-HTC.2017.8288909
