The intent of the Online Tendering is to develop, promote and manage an internetbased tender registration, document distribution, proposal submission and Internet based payment of Tender document and earnest money deposit system for the benefit of suppliers and buyers. In our proposed Online Tendering system the buyers can publish their tender notice and the offer is made by the suppliers is arranged by the system according to the buyers specification.
