This project developed an integrated IoT-based monitoring and automated air purification system to address this gap through real-time multi-pollutant sensing, fog-based distributed architecture, and adaptive two-stage filtration. The system was validated through controlled laboratory testing and industrial deployment at Allied Solar Energy Ltd., demonstrating 96.59% PM2.5 and 91.27% PM10 removal efficiency within 93 minutes of operation. Economic analysis revealed exceptional financial viability with 40% first-year ROI, 8.6-month payback period, and 5.31 benefit-cost ratio over five years.
