The main aim of this report is to develop the data management processes that are being handled by this department in the FMCG part, such as daily report preparation, database handling, and from where the data is being collected. The study findings report that although the company Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. has managed to do their daily report with the help of different MIS tools, there is some lacking which is that the software is not updated, and sometimes the files are not properly put in the DBMS, and they sometimes struggle in making the report which are very tricky. On the basis of such funding, the report offers some key recommendations on how organisational efficiency can be improved with the help of modernisation in the MIS department.
