SGS is a global multinational company who check quality, test garments, and give ISO certification. In Bangladesh, they play a very important role for the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) export sector. During my internship, I rotate in six main department. In Chapter 1, I write about the company history and their vision. In Chapter 2, I discuss my daily work and learning in HR & Admin, Marketing & Business Development, Finance & Accounts, C&P Inspection, Business Assurance, and C&P Testing Lab. I learn how they receive sample, test the fabric, check quality in factory, and manage the whole corporate system. In Chapter 3, I make a critical assessment. I discuss how my university book knowledge match with the practical work. I also find some problem in the industry, like factory merchandiser making mistake in Test Request Form (TRF), and give my suggestion to solve it.
