Also what Robi HR professionals are thinking about some stereotypes prevalent about Human Resource. This piece of research has been prepared following quantitative approach. The responses were taken using a questionnaire and they were analyzed to determine the present scenario of HR professionals. Firstly, the gender ratio was determined for all the departments of Robi Axiata Limited and it was pointed out that women have greater ratio against men in HR than any other department. Through this research, some probable reasons were identified like Academic Background, Passion or better opportunity for growth as the reasons for joining HR. As an answer to the question about women’s preference about choosing HR as their career path, most women said that they did not think their gender have anything to do with their career choice. However, a significant women responded that they took consideration of their gender before choosing their career.
