This review research focused on the little tree Pandanus tectorius (P. tectorius), which is used in traditional medicine to cure a number of diseases. Other body and organ functions, such as renal function and lipid metabolism, may be affected by diabetes. Pandanus tectorius has promising pharmacological properties against diabetes mellitus, owing to its extraordinary behavior.
