Data collected through site visits and literary sources are put forward here to analyze the site and its surroundings. The aim of the study is to help design a Tourist Lodge al a 47 acres site along the south western edge of the island the primary concern of investigation are (i) the Keora Forest (National Park), (ii) the local human living pattern and the surrounding ecosystem, and (iii) the site's vulnerability to Tropical cyclones.
