This internship program provided cross-functional exposure across eight departments — Marketing & Merchandising, Design & Innovation, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Compliance & Sustainability Human Resource Management Audit & Central Costing. Working across these diverse departments enabled the development of analytical, operational, and managerial competencies. The second section describes the organization where the internship was conducted, providing background information on the identity, journey, and achievements of the Palmal Group as one of Bangladesh’s leading exporters.
