Situated along the Bhairab River and embedded within the Jessore–Benapole–Mongla trade corridor, Noapara holds latent potential as a regional logistics and cultural center. The proposal envisions an integrated development model that couples port modernization—through automation, mechanized cargo systems, and efficient intermodal connectivity—with inclusive public-oriented facilities such as worker housing, business accommodation, agro-industrial markets, and skills training centers. The intervention aligns spatial design with local heritage, industrial identity, and community needs. The project positions Noapara not only as a logistics gateway but also as a catalyst for broader urban regeneration—bridging trade, livelihood, and public life.
