Abstract

An extensive summary of my three-month internship at the IT division of Thakral Corporation’s Bangladeshi branch is provided in this report. My academic curriculum would not have been the same without the internship, which gave me practical experience in the quickly changing IT sector. Helping with network administration, Windows server setup, software installation, and participating in CCNA-based tutorials to enhance my comprehension of networking protocols were among my main duties throughout my internship. Through these tasks, my soft skills grew. Now, I solve problems, cooperate with others and speak well. My technical abilities also developed, especially in network administration and server management. I discovered key information about current and valuable market trends. These trends are crucial for the future of the IT world, like cloud computing, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI). My career goals are now much clearer and I am eager to seek a career in IT, focusing on network management and cybersecurity. During the internship, I learned the importance of professional growth. I now aim to explore a job in networking to acquire more knowledge in this domain.
