| dc.description.abstract | The growing studies that focused on the topic of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) with Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has necessitate the writing of this study. Recently, academics and practitioners have increasingly paying attention to environmental management system and policies to improve sustainable performance through adopting environmental management system (EMS) in two major functions in the firm such as Human Resource (HR) and Supply Chain (SC) section. The integration between these practices can help the organizations to achieve Green Corporate culture and enhancement their sustainable performance in order to balance the Environmental, Economic and Social performance. The research finding will be specifically imperative for Government Supply Chain Organizations with the aim of improving sustainability. | en_US |
