| dc.description.abstract | Domestic gas supply for cooking in under developed countries is facing terrible insufficiency for last few years. Vehicles, being run by natural gas have mostly influenced the dearth. Electricity production in these countries is always inadequate and it is not a good solution either. Use of renewable energy can help the cause and also contribute for the energy generation. To solve this problem an electric stove was developed and later on experiment was done with it and finally analyzed to check its compatibility in real market. For this stove, solar photovoltaic (PV) energy will provide the electrical energy required for cooking. For the experimental purpose stove was developed by testing, analyzing and payback calculation. This paper discusses in details about each stairs. On-field tests and lab tests are also verified here. For testing its feasibility, a case study is also included in this paper. | |
